Headin' Down South (and southwest)

My friend Ryan relocated to Gastonia, NC, which is just outside of Charlotte. I have a trip planned around October 13 to go catch the race at Bristol. I have never been to a NASCAR event, so this should be exciting. Luckily, our design engineer has a boyfriend down there and was planning a trip to see him at the same time. So, she and I will be able to carpool and save money on the trip. I figure we will each be paying about $75 for gas, compared to the $200+ I would've spent on a plane ticket. Its going to be sweet.

Oh, and for the Southwest part, I am flying back to NM tomorrow for the NMSU career fair.
