Oil Spill
Running a car with a high volume/high pressure oil pump without a valve cover makes a huge mess. Write that down.
I thought I heard a ticking, so I took the valve covers off to see if I could find a loose rocker or a something else wrong. I couldn't find anything amiss. I think what I heard was the arching between the spark plug and a loose wire. Either way, its gone. Valve lash is fine, roller tips on the rockers look fine, oil looks good. Not concerned anymore.
(The reason I jumped to a loose rocker arm is because I have had one on the left bank come loose twice, so I figured it was about time for a similar issue on the right).

I didnt take it for a spin, I just started it to listen for a ticking. In doing so I confirmed that I have plently of oil flow and pressure to the top end.
