NEW DESK

I got a new desk in a different building. I have moved across Columbus to CEP (Cummins Engine Plant). This building was the first building ever build by Cummins. In fact, up until recently, Clessie Cummins' (founder) home was located inside this building; they simply build the plant up around it. It is currently the home of the cylinder block and head machining for the ISX (premier class 8 engine) and the future home of the assembly line for the LDD engine which we will be selling to Daimler Chrysler for half ton trucks, suvs, etc. My desk is located on the third floor and the room has windows facing east and west. While I am in the middle of the room, it is nice to be somewhere that has natural light coming in. I like the location a lot, and my only gripe is that my back faces the main hallway, which leads to the cafeteria. So, when people are going to the cafeteria, they naturally look over, and see what I am doing at work, namely blogging and gmail chatting with Phil and Raven. I knew this was coming beforehand, so i purchased a 3M privacy filter, and when I am doing the aforementiond activities, I switch from my monitor to my laptop screen so that noone can see what i am doing.

Judging by the pictures, it looks like you've got a half-a-cube. A "cu." It's lost its "be."
