Hot Fuzz

Friday night Josh and I went to watch Hot Fuzz. We had planned this earlier in the week, but didn't bother to check to see if the movie was actually playing here. Sadly, it wasn't. But, it was playing in Bloomington, a 40 mile drive east of here. So we loaded up in my truck and hauled over there. We stopped at the liquor store conveniently located in the same parking lot as the theater. Taking a page out of Raven and Ken's playbook, we took a bottle in. The beverage of choice was Crown Royal, which mixes really well with the tub-o-soda that is standard at most cinemas.

The movie is hilarious, and highly recommend it. It seemed the fit the standard British movie formula that I am used to, in that the movie pieces together a plot, and then ties it all together in the last 5 minutes. Luckily, it is funny enough throughout to keep you entertained. The ending is absolutely fantastic. Defiantly go see it, and if you have the choice, take some alcohol with you. And yeah, we finished the bottle.
