Keyboard

Last week we got our new work computers. We've been preparing for this for months with backing up data, ordering software, changing settings, etc. Well, they finally came in (Lenovo ThinkPad if you care), and have been working great compared to the well aged Dells that we've had for about 4 years now. But I do have one major grip, and that's the new keyboard layout. You can see that the function key is swapped with the control key compared to every other keyboard I've ever used. This results in me trying to use shortcut keys (CTRL+X, CTRL+Z, CTRL+C, etc) and nothing happening. Its gonna take me a while to get used to it.

Every Lenovo I've used in the last few years has had Fn on the left. I felt like I got used to it pretty quick.

UK keyboard layout is just plain unreasonable, though.

Is there a way I can reprogram the keys to have control on the left and function on the right?
