We have reverse flow on our 38 liter and larger engines. I think its standard on stuff that size, just interesting that Ford and GM both are/were going to use this.
I've been working on a low cost 2.8 liter I-4 for China, so no. Unless you mean kick its ass in terms of cost, fewest number of parts, design simplicity, etc. Then yes, consider its ass kicked.

Its a month old. Standard delay time for anything in the US to reach the UK.
No mention of power numbers, just the bottom refers to the rated and peak torque speeds.
