Curriculum

My fall semester is winding down, so I was just reviewing what i have coming for the next 3.5 years. A lot, as it turns out.

Its my understanding that ED1 is a lot of market research and analysis. The "design" is limited to selecting your displacement, power and fuel economy target, and a few other parameters for the engine you will develop over the next year. Then in summer of 2007 you get ready to present and defend the design concept, and in ED2 most of the theoretical design work is actually done, using knowledge gained from performance and combustion.
