Busy-ness
I have been swamped. School, work, car, fun, all that.
A few weeks back I went to NC to watch the race. It was awesome. As soon as Erika sends me some pics I will get them loaded on here. We had excellent seats, roughly 100 yards away from the start finish line, directly across from the pits, and high enough to where we could see the entire track. This was a big step up from watching at Indy. They problem with Indy is the track is so big, you only get to see a small segment of racing. If you are concentrating on a certain driver, you will see him fly by, and then 30 seconds later get to see him again. We did a lot of tailgating before that, and overall had a great time.
More recently I just took my mid-term. It was pitched as a 90 minute exam. I had about 15 hours in it before I finished. There were 3 problems. The first one had 9 parts, the second and third each had 3. I got a 83% on it, so I am pretty happy with the outcome, but it was frustrating to have to spend that much time on it.
I also purchased my rotating assembly. It should arrive sometime next week, and will allow me to get my blocked decked. The car is getting a roll cage installed. When I get it back, I will probably begin sanding on it when I have time, and prepping it for paint.
Never a dull moment.
