Today's Adventure

Today Emily and I went to Alnwick Castle and the North Sea. Alnwick is about an hour northeast of Darlington, closer to the Scotland border. It is occupied in the winter by the Duke of Northumberland and his family. There were pictures of the family around, and the Duke looks remarkably similar to James Cromwell. Anyway, here are some highlights from the trip.
Entrance to castle.

Looking at the castle. This is where Harry Potter learned to fly.

Back castle wall.

Some of the artillary lining the castle wall, overlooking a partial moat.

Same area where Harry Potter learned to fly.

My Mom's family is Nevins. . . Yeah.

North Sea at New Biggin. Yes, I speed it right. New Biggin.

British kid in Speedo.
