New Workout
For those of you who read this and work out regularly (so, um, Dan) I recommend www.crossfit.com . It gives you a new workout everyday and specifies rest days. I like it because I had gotten in a big rhythm in terms of my workout routine, and this really keeps my body guessing. There are videos and descriptions of some of the exercises so you can make sure you do things properly. There are a lot of extras to the page as well, but I just enjoy getting a fresh workout plan everyday.

i need to come up with something like this for beer drinking. monday ipa, tuesday rest, wed a shit load of coor light, thus rest, friday tequilla shots followed by a more high volume beer...
